Chord based arpeggios

So, I was thinking it would be cool if you could use the chord mode on a single mono channel that runs through the chord notes in sequence. That sequence being, up, down, up-down, down-up and random. Then, you could use gates to program the rhythm of that sequence.

I suppose I might be able to accomplish something similar with the chance and the sub-sequences. I'll give it shot. But, figured I'd post here to see if what I am thinking makes sense or if anyone else finds it useful.

that would be cool! Another way to get there (if you don't already know) is to send each note out to a sequential or voltage addressable switch.

that IS an awesome idea!
