TouchOSC on iPhone here, maybe soon also on iPad.

Interested to see where you go with OSC. I'd love to be able to use an iPad to do what the Launchpad does with Numerology today (is that possible?).

With enough work, definitely possible, but not necessarily worthwhile --- there are really better ways to do that sort of thing....

Is that cryptic enough?

Cheers,
Jim

I tried Air Display & found it very sluggish compared to Touch OSC.

Being able to lay out custom controls of the correct size and orientation for touch is really nice.

Default I'd be interested in OSC

As I'm trying to get more ways to control the Numerology interface than Keyboard and mouse, I'd love to be able to control it with my iphone or eventually an iPad. But that would first be in spring 2011, I'll likely go with the Launchpad and a fader unit of some kind now, for added hands on control.

Best Regards

Wade

Hi everybody,

got Numerology 2 just yesterday to use it with my Launchpad and
Ableton Live 8.2.
Thanks for the amazing work on that Jim, really great fun!
Happy I found Five12 (btw. at the monome community).

I am a monome 128 and Lemur/Reaktor user, no developer
though.
Controlling Numerology with a Lemur/Monome would be a dream
come true.

I love ABīs templates for the lemur:

Interesting, thanks for the link! I'm not sure yet what the next supported controller will be, but among touch devices, the iPad seems like the most likely option. I think Monomes are awesome, but the thing that I learned while doing the Launchpad mapping was how incredibly useful it is to have multiple colors... Regardless, the Monome and Livid's grid controllers, along with various knob/fader based controllers are all on my list to look into more closely.

Also, I'm curious where you found Five12 among monome users -- I know a few, but I don't follow that group very closely.

Cheers,
Jim
