I'm sending notes from a MonoNote stack to the Analogue Solutions MT9 - midi to trigger converter. From there it goes to my SQ8 sequencer and/or my DIY sequencer.
Basically, I'm using numerology as a clock. |

I sequence just about any and all hardware I have with Numerology...
Favorites are: Jomox Airbase99/Jazbase03 Moog Voyager MKS-50 DSI Evolver even my ol' TX81z.... ![]() and sooo much more. Got all my hardware running to a couple of Unitor8 mkII's, so it's super easy to get things happening. I've got Numerology running as a Rewire into Ableton. APC40 w/NativeKontrol CL3 controlling Live, then the Launchpad controlling Numerology. Works awesome in tandem. Really flexible. I can sequence anything with anything else, including my MPC2500(which is pulling double duty as a Sequencer, Controller, and Sampler/Sound Module). Made a few default "presets" so when I power up everything is ready to go(working together, all mapped out). What I really like is recording the midi data from Numerology into Live to be used as "clips" in the Arrangement view of Ableton..... super fun. Last edited by CF3; 02-14-2011 at 12:54 PM. |
