Default Anyone running N4 and Bitwig with either Push or Launchpad?

The question is in the title. I'm having a hell of a time assigning controllers in Bitwig (perhaps it's me, not Bitwig).

Can you tell me more about the issue -- i.e. is it configuration of the launchpad itself, or something about sharing the launchpad between Bitwig and Numerology.

Also: are you running the N4 as a VST or ReWire device?

Cheers,
Jim

Thanks Jim but I'm not there yet. I really just want to know if anyone's using either controller in Bitwig.

I'm considering switching to Bitwig from Live for a project. It appears you can't run N4 in User mode on Push for Bitwig, but I really can't tell. The scripting for controllers is bizarre. Everything else about the software is designed for maximum flexibility compared with other programs but I'm still figuring this part out.

I'm using a 3rd party script to get all sorts of wonderful Push functionality in Bitwig, but I can't seem to call up Numerology in user mode, which appears to be disabled in the script.

So I'm considering getting a Launchpad again just for Numerology, but if I do that, I want to hear from someone that it works, because I haven't figured out Bitwig's approach to controllers.

Thanks. After last night's experience at band practice, I am going back to Live for the time being. There are a lot of great things about Bitwig but it's not ready for the way I want to use it.

Yup, same. I'd use it more if it'd slave via Rewire
