Hi Jim,

I would like to see a feature which does this:

- Set variation settings in GLOBAL for key, scale, GEN and EVO

- Have an option to AUTOMATE evolution that would allow:

i. set the evolution variance high, medium, low for rhythm

ii. set the evolution variance high, medium, low for pitch

iii. set the number of steps at which each evolution should occur (or a whole note, 2W, half or whatever)

iv. if any of the above could have CV input for example an LFO input to Vector controlling aggressiveness of evolution would be great.

I was about to raise the idea of stacked chance ops per step. Its a good one. Even just 2 layers, like the modulation. CHNC 1 and CHNC 2.

Also, I would like a probability that only occurs if the previous chance operator activated (or if it did not activate). So if A occurs then B will occur, or if A does not occur then B will occur, reverse of both.

+1... setting a scale should force everything to it.

I mean, at the input stage. So that the sequencer only offers chords that are in scale, but not modifying already recorded notes.

This would be very cool - if the follow behaviour was automatically disabled as soon as you selected a step! I think this would be the most natural way to program and trouble-shoot patterns. This of course means the "follow enable" would have to be directly accessible with a button or two.

A playlist for scenes is needed.. this would be the equivalent of an arranger or song mode.

My wish is to get a real documentation, explaining all features.
I know it's the nightmare of any programmer but the vector is so powerful it deserves such an effort.
